Get ready to take off into the world of flight! In this hands-on one hour class, your kids will explore how airplanes soar through the sky. We'll discuss the physics of flight, learn about wing design, and discover what makes a plane stay in the air. From lift and drag to thrust and gravity, kids will become junior aerospace engineers as they design, build, and fly their very own take-home glider airplane.
This class is perfect for curious minds aged 8-12 but open to all ages*. Parents are welcome to attend with their children, we just ask that due to space limitations only one parent per child. You are more than welcome to drop your child off and we will have strict check-in and check-out procedures to ensure your child's safety.
*Hot glue will be involved but operated by an adult. Child must be able to read.
